The AZFOG website is funded by City of Tempe.  The web site was established and is maintained for the purpose of promoting communication and to encourage the establishment of consistent regulations and to lessen the discharge of fats, oils, and grease (FOG) into the POTW from commercial food establishments (CFEs). The creation of this website was never intended to be used for the purpose of advertising. The Nonhazardous Liquid Waste Hauler page is provided as a service to the CFEs in order to provide them with a listing of reputable NHLWHs who agreed to follow the policies and procedures of each POTW.

To list your firm on this page please complete the Application To Be Listed on the AZFOG NHLWHs page.  The application can be completed through the use of Adobe Reader 8 or newer version. 

After completing the application please sign and date it and fax it to 480-350-2615.  The application will be reviewed and when approved your company name will be posted on the NHLWH web page.
