  • Meet each project’s objectives on time

To successfully complete each project, we need

  • to successfully execute the activities required to complete each project on time;

Tools
We can implement this using Microsoft Outlook in conjunction with Salesforce in an almost seamless way for the participants of joint activities.

REPEX is using Salesforce since 2012 and is putting its system as an in-kind value for the implementation of activities and project management.

Challenges

The challenge is to successfully manage information in a way that the community will efficiently develop projects, business and local economy.

The key resides in the execution of the activities required to get success. If we do not execute the activities required on time, then we do not get the results expected on time.

The CRM Communication/Project manager provides the support to all users involved in Follow Up Process.

2) Business & Follow Up Process & Manager
The Business & Follow Up Process Manager has the operational capacity to get projects done. Making sure that each project is funded and that business development activities are done on time to meet requirement. This Manager is the pilot of our engine
